Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information shown in the form, including your name, work email, company, location, role, company size, timing, and the operating problem you describe. The form may also collect an optional company website.

We collect limited first-party analytics about page visits and website interactions. We also maintain technical records needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, and investigate failures.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to inquiries, evaluate engagement fit, maintain sales records, conduct appropriate follow-up, operate and improve the website and services, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not ask you to submit passwords, regulated data, protected employee information, confidential client information, or proprietary documents through the inquiry form.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to host the website, store inquiry and analytics records, and send inquiry notifications. They process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the website, First Class Management, or others.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records and corresponding notification emails are retained for 24 months. First-party analytics records are retained for 13 months. Records are then deleted from active systems unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or an active contractual or legal dispute.

Service-provider logs and backups may persist temporarily under the provider's controlled retention cycle.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing caitiepuma@firstclassmanagement.co. We will verify the request and aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days, subject to the exceptions above.
