$8,500 for the company-level work and one owner. Employees are additional.

Workflow Transformation Sprint

For one material workflow that crosses roles, teams, or systems. First Class Management redesigns and implements the work, trains the responsible people, and establishes measures.

Scope and price depend on the workflow, systems, people, risk, and specialist requirements.
